So close to the heart of Auckland’s dining district, Ponsonby, the Quality Inn West End takes great pride in providing a good quality food and beverage service for both in-room diners and patrons of our Manor House restaurant and bar.

Our internationally-trained head chef, Hem Chandra, has experience with some
of the largest Hotel chains in the world as well as some of New Zealand’s largest events centres. Seasonally updated, to maximise the use of New Zealand’s beautiful local produce, the menu consists of hearty homestyle cuisine that will tantalise any pallet.

New Zealand has rapidly positioned itself as a winemaker’s (and taster’s) paradise and naturally, Quality Inn is keen to showcase our local talents.
To accompany your meal we have our hand-selected list of New Zealand white and red wines to order from, by bottle or glass. For international guests fond of wine, we encourage you to sample some of the delicious product from Auckland’s growing number of wineries close by.

Café Menu available 9am to 5.30pm daily
Dinner from 5pm to 9pm Monday to Saturday.
Bar open from 4pm Monday to Saturday.

6The Manor House is fast becoming a popular dining establishment for Aucklanders, offering great food, friendly staff, close to town and an inviting covered sunny deck for El Fresco dining year round, it’s no wonder families love to frequent the unique
Tudor-style surrounds.

Our gourmet wood fire Pizzas are regular crowd
pleasers, while we also offer a broad selection of
kid-friendly meals as well as meat and vegetarian
dishes for the more discerning diner.

All made with the freshest ingredients the Manor House provides good quality meals and professional and friendly service with refreshingly affordable prices. Casual bookings are welcomed and the Manor House is large enough to handle large group bookings or business meetings. Additionally private dining and function rooms are available.

meals are prepared by the same expert chefs that
take residency in the Manor House kitchen.

Our fresh and tasty room service menu has been tailored to ensure a broad selection of delicious
meals made from the best ingredients and we’re
confident those who prefer to dine in from the comfort
of their room will not be disappointed.

 Early or late, guests can order restaurant-quality breakfast, lunch or dinner from the Quality Inn West End’s in-room dining menu. Combining great food with the convenience of friendly, efficient service, our in room dining is a regularly complimented service we take pride in providing. Leaving nothing for our guests
to do but sit back, relax and rest assured your expertly-prepared meal will be delivered promptly and piping hot.

Our premises have been designated as a ‘supervised area’ this means that persons under the age of 18 may be present only if accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian for the purpose of dining.

Persons under the age of 18 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may consume liquor but cannot purchase it. 

As a responsible business and in the best interests of you ‘our guest’ we have implemented a Host Responsibility Policy and we ask that all of our guests observe and abide by these policies.  We will take every step to ensure that our legal responsibilities are upheld.
