Sussex Room
At 12m x 4.4m the Sussex room seats up to 40 and offers wide doorways for wheelchair access, a popular set-up is a 15 person U-shaped classroom with additional space to move about or for displays. Features include: Broadband Internet and individually controlled air conditioning, wheelchair access.

Kensington Room
The 18m x 5m Kensington Room is located at 508 Great North Road, across the road from the main hotel complex. It offers a neutral decor that can be dressed up to suit any desired theme and includes a built in dance floor, kitchen area, courtyard and can be used for training sessions, mini tradeshows, business meetings, AGM's, Banquets, Weddings and private functions. Our latest and largest addition to the conference family. The Cornwall Room newly built in November 2007 offers modern décor with in built
data projector and sound system. The Cornwall room features a covered courtyard perfect for break out and alfresco dining and is well suited for company dinners and awards, banquets, weddings, corporate meetings and events and mini tradeshows. Dimensions are 9.8m x 14.5m with an area of 124sqm.
